Steigerung möglich
Obwohl ich dachte, meine Leistung vom Freitag wäre nicht mehr steigerbar, habe ich heute in 99 Minuten ganze 112 Kurzbahnen Brustschwimmen geschafft. Unglaubliche 2,8 km! Und wäre die Zeit nicht abgelaufen, ich hätte noch 2 Stunden durchgehalten. Ich hatte nicht mal Ermüdungserscheinungen.
